基于功能主治及其物质基础的中药多元化质量控制模式探讨

Diversified quality control modes based on the functional indications and related material basis of traditional Chinese materia medica:a discussion

本文从化学成分特别是专属性成分与药效的关系、谱效关系、复方制剂与药味间质量关系、质量标准与功能主治的对应关系等方面分析了影响现阶段中药质量标准的原因。认为明确药效物质基础是中药质量标准建立的前提,应在此基础上,实现基于功能主治及其物质基础的中药多元化质量标准体系的构建。

In this paper,the reasons affecting the quality standards of traditional Chinese materia media(TCMM)at the pres. ent stage are analyzed in terms of the chemical compositions,especially the relationship between specific components and pharmacody. namics,the spectrum-effect relationship,the relationship between the qualities of compound preparation and contained herbal medi. cines in the prescription,and the relationship between the quality standard and related therapeutic functions. It is concluded that defin. ing the material basis of pharmacodynamics is the precondition for the establishment of quality standards of TCMM,and on this basis, the diversified quality standard systems should be created for TCMM based on the functional indications and related material basis.
