润滑油光谱数据关联度分析在发动机状态监测中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 按照传统光谱分析方法,不能对发动机长时间运行后的状况进行有效分析监测,可能会导致监测结果不准确,影响发动机运行状态评估;而利用光谱分析数据趋势关联度分析方法,可以对稳定磨损期内元素间的关联度以及长时间运行后各元素之间关联度进行有效分析,保证发动机运行状态监测结果准确性和合理性。在利用润滑油光谱数据关联度分析法对发动机状态进行监测时,关键是寻找各分析元素之间关联度。基于此,以发动机磨损铁元素与其他磨损元素之间存在的关系为突破口,利用关联度函数关系确定发动机金属磨损元素关联度,确定发动机运行状态具体情况,根据监测结果对发动机进行维修和保养,确保发动机正常运行状态与安全性。 According to the traditional traditional spectral analysis method, it is impossible to effectively analyze and monitor the condition of the engine after long-term operation, which may result in inaccurate monitoring results and affect the evaluation of engine operating state;and the use of spectral analysis data trend correlation analysis method can stabilize The correlation between the elements during the wear period and the correlation between the elements after long-term operation are effectively analyzed to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the engine operating state monitoring results. When using the Lubricating Oil Spectral Data Correlation Analysis to monitor engine status, the key is to find the correlation between the various analysis elements. Based on this, the relationship between iron and other wear elements of engine wear is taken as the breakthrough point. The correlation degree function of the engine is used to determine the correlation degree of the metal wear elements of the engine, determine the specific conditions of the engine running state, and repair and maintain the engine according to the monitoring result. Ensure the engine is in good operating condition and safety.
