吊装装置和吊装系统的研发设计

摘要 通过研究发现,不能使用塔吊自身吊装爬升梁而需要另一个塔吊协助吊装爬升梁的原因主要是塔吊的吊臂能吊装范围有限,吊臂上的吊点与塔身有一定的距离,塔身附近范围内的物体无法进行吊装,所以需要借助另一台塔吊协助吊装爬升梁。基于此,设计了专门的吊装装置和吊装系统,其中吊装装置位于塔吊顶部,由卷扬机和控制系统组成,卷扬机可以吊装物体;卷扬机和控制系统组成的吊装装置体积较小,可以在狭小空间内吊装物体,解决了狭小空间内物体无法被吊装的问题。 Through research, it is found that the reason why the tower crane itself cannot be used to hoist the climbing beam and another tower crane is needed to assist the hoisting of the climbing beam is that the crane of the tower crane can have a limited lifting range, and the lifting point on the boom has a certain distance from the tower body, near the tower body. Objects within range cannot be hoisted, so another tower crane is required to assist in lifting the climbing beam. Based on this, a special lifting device and lifting system are designed. The lifting device is located at the top of the tower crane. It consists of a winch and a control system. The winch can hoist the object. The lifting device consisting of the winch and the control system is small and can be hoisted in a small space. The object solves the problem that objects in a small space cannot be hoisted.
