摘要
对冷阱样机中的结晶冷却管在压缩空气激励下的振动和结构应力进行测量和仿真分析,获取了结晶冷却管的结构振动特性、噪声和关键部位的应变等数据。另外,进行了振动模态分析,给出了结晶冷却管内外管的一阶和二阶模态固有频率,为冷阱样机结晶冷却管防振降噪设计和结构选型提供了试验数据参考。
The vibration and structural stress of the crystal cooling pipe in the cold trap prototype under the excitation of compressed air were measured and simulated, and the structural vibration characteristics, noise and strain of key parts of the crystal cooling pipe were obtained. In addition, the vibration mode analysis is carried out, and the first-order and second-order mode natural frequencies of the inner and outer tubes of the crystal cooling pipe are given. The experimental data reference is provided for the anti-vibration noise reduction design and structure selection of the crystal cooling pipe of the cold trap prototype.
