地铁门系统承载传动机构健康状态测试系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 地铁门系统是地铁车辆上重要的组成部件,需要进行频繁开关门运动,且要承受运行过程中交变气动载荷和乘客挤压力,因此其极易发生故障而导致列车停运,甚至引发人员伤亡事故。为了解决门系统关键零部件健康状态问题,以门系统承载传动机构为研究对象,研制承载传动机构健康状态测试系统。通过分析确定主要故障模式及其关联信号参量,在此基础上确定传感器选型、安装方案、电气子系统及界面;然后采用小波包分析方法对初步试验数据进行分析,验证了试验系统设计的合理性,为后续可靠性和故障诊断方法研究提供硬件平台。 The subway door system is an important component of the subway vehicle. It needs to be frequently opened and closed, and it must withstand the alternating pneumatic load and passenger squeeze force during the operation. Therefore, it is easy to cause the train to stop and even cause personnel to stop. Casualties. In order to solve the problem of the health status of the key components of the door system, the door system transmission mechanism is taken as the research object, and the health test system for the bearing transmission mechanism is developed. The main fault mode and its associated signal parameters are determined through analysis. Based on this, the sensor selection, installation scheme, electrical subsystem and interface are determined. Then the wavelet packet analysis method is used to analyze the preliminary test data, which verifies the reasonable design of the test system. Sexuality provides a hardware platform for subsequent reliability and troubleshooting methods.
