臂筒端头孔及孔内环槽加工方法研究

摘要 合理的夹具设计能够有效提高机械加工质量及效率。基于此,针对镗床加工某医疗仪器零件臂筒端头孔及孔内环槽效率低的问题,设计了一套夹具,并分析了两种加工方法的工艺过程,得出如下结论:利用夹具在车床上加工该零件,选择合理的切削参数,可以有效提高产品加工质量及效率,实现更好的经济效益。 Reasonable fixture design can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of machining. Based on this, a set of fixtures was designed for the problem of low efficiency of the end hole of the arm of a medical instrument and the ring groove in the hole. The process of the two processing methods was analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn: Machining the part on the lathe and selecting reasonable cutting parameters can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the product and achieve better economic benefits.
