振动搅拌对高强混凝土抗氯盐侵蚀性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以高性能混凝土为研究对象,采用振动搅拌拌合混凝土,与普通搅拌作对比,进行混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀试验,研究振动搅拌对高性能混凝土抗氯盐侵蚀的影响。试验表明,振动搅拌可以改善混凝土的微结构,使得混凝土匀质性得到改善,从而提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力。另外,通过研究还发现振动搅拌技术相对于普通搅拌技术,能显著提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,为提高混凝土耐久性提供了一种新的途径,值得在实际工程中推广应用。 Taking high-performance concrete as the research object, the concrete was mixed by vibration mixing, and compared with ordinary mixing, the chloride ion corrosion test of concrete was carried out to study the effect of vibration stirring on the corrosion resistance of high performance concrete against chloride salt. Tests have shown that vibration agitation can improve the microstructure of concrete and improve the homogeneity of concrete, thereby improving the resistance of concrete to chloride ion penetration. In addition, through research, it is also found that the vibration stirring technology can significantly improve the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete compared with the common mixing technology, and provides a new way to improve the durability of concrete, which is worthy of popularization and application in practical engineering.
