摘要 合理的采放工艺是影响综放工作面顶煤回收率的重要因素,主要包括采放比、放煤口间距、放煤步距以及放煤方式等。根据酸刺沟煤矿6上109综放工作面实际生产条件,分析计算综放工作面合理的顶煤放出厚度为6.51~8.13m,开采高度1.63~3.25m,最大放煤口间距为2.77m,合理的放煤步距为0.869~1.25m,采用5架为一组,顺序分段放煤方式进行放煤。 Reasonable mining technology is an important factor affecting the recovery rate of top coal in fully mechanized caving face, including the ratio of mining and discharging, the spacing of coal caving, the step of coal caving and the method of coal caving. According to the actual production conditions of the 109 fully mechanized caving face in Shougougou Coal Mine, the reasonable top coal caving thickness of the fully mechanized caving face is 6.51~8.13 m, the mining height is 1.63~3.25 m, and the maximum coal caving interval is 2.77 m. The reasonable coallaying step is 0.869-1.25 m, and 5 sets are used as a group.
