摘要 随着计算机技术、电子技术以及自动控制技术发展,数控机床在各行各业中的比重不断增加,数控机床复杂程度及智能化水平也在不断提高,维修人员对机床故障诊断和维护难度随之增加。基于此,对当前数控机床常见的故障进行分析,提出诊断和维护方式,以期对广大维修人员提供一定帮助。 With the development of computer technology, electronic technology and automatic control technology, the proportion of CNC machine tools in all walks of life is increasing, the complexity and intelligent level of CNC machine tools are also constantly improving, and maintenance personnel are more difficult to diagnose and maintain machine tool faults.. Based on this, the common faults of the current CNC machine tools are analyzed, and the diagnosis and maintenance methods are proposed to provide some help to the maintenance personnel.
