摘要
瓦斯抽采管网泄漏检测对于提高煤矿井下抽采瓦斯浓度有着极其重要的现实意义。基于此,介绍了一种基于超声波原理开发的新型抽采管网泄漏检测仪,并运用该检漏仪对端氏煤矿井下瓦斯抽采管网进行泄漏检测。应用结果表明,该新型检漏仪能够准确定位抽采管路泄漏源位置,其检测精度能够满足煤矿现场需要,为提高煤矿井下抽采瓦斯浓度以及保障井下瓦斯输运管网安全提供技术支撑。
Gas drainage pipe network leakage detection has extremely important practical significance for improving the gas concentration in underground coal mines. Based on this, a new type of pumping pipe network leak detector based on ultrasonic principle was introduced, and the leak detector was used to conduct leak detection on the gas drainage pipe network of Duanshi coal mine. The application results show that the new leak detector can accurately locate the location of the leakage source of the extraction pipeline. The detection accuracy can meet the needs of the coal mine site, and provide technical support for improving the gas concentration of coal mine underground and ensuring the safety of underground gas transmission pipeline network.
