摘要 铝合金材料在汽车发动机壳体类零部件中应用广泛。芜湖永达科技有限公司生产的齿轮室壳体是压铸铝合金件,刚开始生产时,效率比较低,一条生产线产满足不了客户需求;在后期生产中,经过分析研究发现主要是因为加工工艺及刀具结构设计方面存在不足,影响了生产效率;后期针对此问题,采取了相应的解决措施,最终取得了满意的效果。 Aluminum alloy materials are widely used in automotive engine housing parts. The gear chamber housing produced by Wuhu Yongda Technology Co., Ltd. is a die-cast aluminum alloy. At the beginning of production, the efficiency is relatively low, and one production line can not meet the customer’s demand. In the later production, after analysis, it is mainly because of the processing technology and There are some shortcomings in the design of tool structure, which affects the production efficiency. In the later stage, corresponding solutions have been taken to solve this problem, and finally achieved satisfactory results.
