摘要
机械加工效果与整个行业发展存在着直接联系,所以通过标准化技术来促进行业发展意义重大。就现阶段实际情况而言,机械加工要想实现较好的发展,需要良好的工艺技术支撑,因此对工艺技术进行研究,能够让其向着标准化方向发展。基于此,对当前机械加工工艺技术误差及原因进行研究,并立足于此探讨降低误差的有效方式,旨在让工艺技术缺陷能够得到科学优化,促进其利用效率的提高。
The effect of machining is directly related to the development of the whole industry, so it is of great significance to promote the development of the industry through standardization technology. As far as the actual situation is concerned at present, in order to achieve better development of mechanical processing, good process technology support is needed. Therefore, research on process technology can make it develop toward standardization. Based on this, the technical errors and causes of the current machining process are studied, and based on this, an effective way to reduce the error is discussed. The aim is to make the technical defects can be scientifically optimized and promote the utilization efficiency.
