摘要
工程单位机械设备具有技术结构复杂、前期投资大、设备流动性大、工作环境恶劣以及运输转移困难等特点。工程机械行业内部竞争激烈,为赢得客户,按揭、分期付款与融资租赁等新的销售方式被越来越多的厂商所使用。因信用体系不完善,上述销售方式给厂商都带来了一定程度的风险。基于此,设计了一套工程机械智能化管理系统,通过GPS,GPRS等技术手段建立远程监控系统,可以实现减少人员干预、减少数据采集录入工作量、预防造假、远程监控及设备调配等需求,将厂商、经销商与用户之间的信赖关系转为技术性的管理关系,降低信用风险。
The mechanical equipment of the engineering unit has the characteristics of complex technical structure, large initial investment, large equipment mobility, poor working environment and difficult transportation transfer. The internal competition of the construction machinery industry is fierce. In order to win customers, new sales methods such as mortgage, installment payment and financing lease are used by more and more manufacturers. Due to the imperfect credit system, the above sales methods have brought a certain degree of risk to the manufacturers. Based on this, a set of intelligent management system for engineering machinery was designed. The remote monitoring system was established through GPS, GPRS and other technical means, which can reduce the need for personnel intervention, reduce the workload of data collection and input, prevent fraud, remote monitoring and equipment deployment. Transform the trust relationship between manufacturers, distributors and users into a technical management relationship to reduce credit risk.
