战略性新兴产业全要素生产率的提升路径探析——以湖南省为例

Analysis on the improvement of total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries in Hunan province

战略性新兴产业全要素生产率的提升,对促进经济高质量发展的意义重大。在分析湖南省战略性新兴产业全要素生产率存在问题的基础上,采用文献研究法、比较法,并借鉴国外全要素生产率发展经验,提出通过加大政策支持力度、坚持创新驱动发展、优化要素产业配置等对策,来提升湖南省战略性新兴产业全要素生产率。

The improvement of total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries is of great significance to the promotion of high-quality economic development. This paper analyzed the problems of total factor productivity of the strategic emerging industries in Hunan province with the method of literature and comparison and took the foreign development experience of total factor productivity for reference.Then it put forward some countermeasures to promote the development of total productivity of strategic emerging industry in Hunan province, such as enlarging policy support dynamics, pursuing innovation-driven development and optimizing the allocation of industry factors.
