摘要
厌氧发酵产沼气是秸秆资源化利用的重要途径。秸秆原料种类及预处理对厌氧发酵效果影响明显。以黑龙江克东地区的玉米秸秆为原料,采用物理粉粹方式进行预处理。结果表明,经粉碎和浸润后的玉米秸秆的物理性质变化较大,自然堆密度由原来的0.0614t/m3增加到0.336t/m3;粒径小于2cm的秸秆颗粒约占总量的80%;秸秆的吸水性能及切割效果,为工程项目原料预处理设备选型提供借鉴。
Anaerobic fermentation of straw is an important way to utilize straw resources. The types of straw materials and pretreatment have obvious effects on anaerobic fermentation. Corn straw in Kedong area of Heilongjiang Province was pretreated by physical pulverization. The results showed that the physical properties of corn straw changed greatly after crushing and soaking, and the natural bulk density increased from 0.0614 t/m^3 to 0.336 t/m^3, and the straw particles with diameter less than 2 cm accounted for about 80%. The water absorption performance and cutting effect of straw can provide reference for the selection of raw material pretreatment equipment in engineering projects.
