Research on Rule of Law Guarantee of Private Economy in Jilin Province

改革开放四十年来,所有制体制不断改革带动了中国民营经济的飞速发展,经济法治化成了当前经济建设的核心任务。吉林省作为中国的东北老工业基地,现阶段一方面面临着整体经济下滑的压力,另一方面也正经历着东北地区经济转型升级的压力。在双重压力下,如何促进民营企业法治环境建设的改革与创新,已经成了迫切需要解决的事。剖析吉林省民营经济法治保障新路径问题,探求问题的原因以及解决问题的对策,从而为振兴东北老工业基地,乃至全国法治经济建设提供借鉴。

Since the reform and opening-up 40 years ago, the continuous reform of ownership system has led to the rapid development of China s private economy, and legalization of economy has become the core task of current economic construction. As an old industrial base in Northeast China, Jilin Province is facing the pressure of overall economic downturn at the present stage, on the other hand, it is also experiencing the pressure of economic transformation and upgrading in Northeast China. Under heavy pressure, how to reform and innovate the legal environment construction of private enterprises in Jilin Province has become an urgent problem to be solved. Analyze the new path of private enterprise development in Jilin Province, and exploring the causes of problems and Solutions so as to provide some reference for the old industrial base in Northeast China and even for the rule of law economy in the whole country.
