美国的诚信教育机制对我国高职人才培养的启示

Enlightenment of American Integrity Educational Mechanism on Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

美国是一个有着很高社会信用度的国家,其学术诚信教育在科技、经济的发展中发挥了重要作用。分析美国高校的诚信教育机制可以发现,专门的诚信机构、详细的诚信制度、务实的教育措施、人性化的帮助和严厉的惩戒等保证了诚信教育的实效。不小比例的我国高职学生存在着失信现象,高职院校可借鉴美国的做法,在加强道德教育实效、设立专门的诚信机构、开展学术诚信规范辅导、提供学业帮扶和推行教学改革、加大失信惩处力度等方面加强高职学生诚信教育,提升人才培养质量。

America is a country with a high level of credit, its academic integrity education has played an important role in the development of science and technology. Analysis of the integrity educational mechanism in American colleges and universities reveals that the specialized integrity-administration agency, detailed integrity policies or regulations, practical measures, humanized academic aid plus severe punishment all contribute to the good effect of integrity education. There are many proportions of untrustworthiness in higher vocational students in China. In response to the dishonesty among Chinese college students, China’s higher vocational colleges can draw on American experience by improving the effects of moral education, establishing specialized department of integrity, offering training on observation of academic integrity norms, providing academic aid and carrying out teaching reform, plus enhancing penalties, so as to strengthen college students' integrity education and improve the quality of talent training.
