摘要
以广西师范大学为案例,对该校39名英语学科教学方向专业型硕士研究生进行问卷调查和访谈,研究教育实习对这些研究生获得实践性知识的作用、存在的问题和改进的措施。研究发现:实习对实习生的教育信念、自我知识、人际关系、情景知识、策略性知识、批判反思知识均产生一定影响。其中教育信念和自我知识变得更契合教学实际,但人际关系、情景知识、策略性知识和批判反思知识仍待提升。基于此,提出改进建议:培训实习指导教师,建立科学的实习评价机制,加强教育实习反思,培养组织沟通能力和加大教学基本功训练。
Present a case study of Guangxi Normal University. The analysis explores a data corpus of 39 masters of English education, which focuses on the influence of practicum on the masters’ acquisition of practical knowledge, problems and countermeasures. The analysis finds that practicum influences the masters’ educational belief, self-knowledge, interpersonal knowledge, situational knowledge, strategic knowledge and knowledge of critical reflection to certain degree. Educational belief and self-knowledge become closer to teaching reality, while interpersonal knowledge, situational knowledge, strategic knowledge and knowledge of critical reflection need to be improved. Based on this, the suggestions of training for practicum instructors, scientific practicum assessment, more frequent teaching reflection, training of communicative ability and teaching skills are proposed to solve the problems.
