切开重睑成形术联合改良park-z成形术的临床观察

Clinical observation of open double stenosis combined with modified park-z angioplasty

目的研究切开重睑成形术联合改良park-z成形术的临床价值。方法回顾分析我院2017年1月-2018年12月接收的单睑合并内眦赘皮患者54例,均采用重睑成形术联合改良park-z成形术,手术效果、眼部指标与随访情况。结果患者显效有40例,所占比例74.07%;好转13例,所占比例是24.07%;无效有1例,所占比例是1.85%;患者眼睑睑裂长度是35.24±2.16mm,内眦间距是33.14±1.15mm,内眦间距与眼睑睑裂长度比值是1.08±0.16;治疗后发生瘢痕增生有1例,所占比例是1.85%。结论对单睑合并内眦赘皮患者采用重睑成形术联合改良park-z成形术治疗能广泛适用于不同表现群体,提高手术效果且避免发生瘢痕增生,值得推荐。

Objective To study the clinical value of open double stenosis combined with modified park-z angioplasty.Methods A retrospective analysis of 54 patients with single sputum combined with internal ecdysis received from January 2017 to December 1818 in our hospital,all with double stenosis combined with modified park-z angioplasty,surgical results,eye indicators and follow-up Happening.Results 40 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 74.07%;13 cases were improved,the proportion was 24.07%;1 case was invalid,the proportion was 1.85%;the length of eye cleft palate was 35.24±2.16 mm,internal hemorrhoids The spacing was 33.14±1.15 mm,the ratio of the medial malleolus spacing to the eyelid split length was 1.08±0.16;there was 1 case of scar hyperplasia after treatment,accounting for 1.85%.Conclusion It is recommended to use double stenosis combined with modified park-z angioplasty for patients with single iliac crest and internal caries.It can be widely applied to different performance groups to improve the surgical effect and avoid scar hyperplasia.
