赫林定律（Hering’s law）对单眼重度先天性上睑下垂患儿矫正术后家属满意度的影响

The Effect of Hering’s Law on Family Satisfaction of Children with Severe Congenital Blepharoptosis after Correction

目的观察赫林定律(Hering’slaw)对单眼重度先天性上睑下垂患儿矫正术后家属满意度的影响。方法选取我院单眼重度先天性上睑下垂患儿60例(2016年1月~2019年1月),入院顺序不同分组。参照组(30例)单纯实施矫正术,试验组(30例)在实施矫正术的同时应用Hering’s law。对比2组治疗效果、家属满意度。结果试验组总有效率86.67%与参照组76.67%对比无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组良好率60.00%高于参照组(30.00%,P<0.05);试验组术后3个月家属满意度93.33%高于参照组(73.33%,P<0.05)。结论Hering’s law应用于单眼重度先天性上睑下垂患儿矫正术,能明显提高治疗良好率,提升家属满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of Hering’s law on family satisfaction of children with severe congenital blepharoptosis after correction.Methods 60 children with severe congenital blepharoptosis(from January 2016 to January 2019)were selected and divided into different groups.The control group(30 cases)was treated with orthodontics alone,while the experimental group(30 cases)was treated with Hering’s law at the same time.The therapeutic effect and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the total effective rate of 86.67%in the experimental group and 76.67%in the control group(P>0.05);the excellent rate of 60.00%in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(30.00%,P<0.05);the family satisfaction of 93.33%in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Hering’s law in the correction of severe congenital blepharoptosis in children with monocular blepharoptosis can significantly improve the treatment rate and family satisfaction..
