提上睑肌缩短联合睑板部分切除术治疗中重度上睑下垂患者的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of upper iliac crest shortening combined with partial sacral resection for patients with moderate to severe ptosis

目的探讨提上睑肌缩短联合睑板部分切除术治疗中重度上睑下垂患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院中重度上睑下垂患者252例(2017年12月~2018年12月),依照手术方案不同分为研究组(n=126)、常规组(n=126)。常规组采用额肌瓣悬吊术治疗,研究组采用提上睑肌缩短联合睑板部分切除术治疗,两组均随访3个月,统计比较两组近期疗效、并发症发生率及手术满意度。结果拆线后2周,研究组手术总优良率92.06%高于常规组80.16%(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率10.32%显著低于常规组19.83%(P<0.05);研究组手术满意度90.48%高于常规组77.78%(P<0.05)。结论提上睑肌缩短联合睑板部分切除术治疗中重度上睑下垂患者疗效显著,且并发症少,患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levator palpebral shortening combined with partial sacral resection for patients with moderate to severe ptosis.Methods 252 patients with moderate or severe ptosis in our hospital(December 2017 to December 2018)were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group(n=126)and routine group(n=126)according to the surgical plan.The conventional group was treated with frontal muscle flap suspension.The study group was treated with upper iliac crest shortening combined with partial sacral resection.The two groups were followed up for 3 months.The short-term efficacy,complication rate and surgical satisfaction were compared between the two groups..Results 2 weeks after suture removal,the total excellent and good rate of surgery in the study group was 92.06%higher than that in the conventional group(80.16%)(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 10.32%significantly lower than that in the conventional group(19.83%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of surgery was 90.48%higher than that of the conventional group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of moderate and severe ptosis is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe ptosis with partial shortening of the diaphragm and with less complications and high patient satisfaction.
