眶隔释放联合外眦锚着技术用于眼袋整形中的效果及对美学评分的影响

Effect of septal release combined with external ankle anchoring technique on eye bag shaping and its impact on aesthetic score

目的探讨眶隔释放联合外眦锚着技术用于眼袋整形中的效果及对美学评分的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年7月进行眼袋整形的患者中选取92例进行研究,根据患者自身意愿选择治疗方式分组,观察组与对照组分别为46例,对照组采用改良肌皮瓣整形术,观察组采用眶隔释放联合外眦锚着技术,对两组眼部指标、美学评分进行观察。结果两组治疗前的眼袋程度、下睑皮肤皱纹、睑泪沟、皮肤光泽度等指标无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前的美学评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后的美学评分明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论眶隔释放联合外眦锚着技术用于眼袋整形中的效果满意,能提高美学评分,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of septal release combined with external ankle anchoring technique in eye bag shaping and its impact on aesthetic scores.methods:92 patients who underwent eye bag plastic surgery from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected for study,and patients were selected according to their own wishes.There were 46 cases in the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with modified musculocutaneous flap surgery,and the observation group was treated with septal release combined with external malleolus anchoring technique.The two groups of eye indicators and aesthetic scores were observed.results:There were no significant differences in the degree of eye bags,creases,creases,and skin gloss before treatment(P>0.05).The above indexes were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the aesthetic scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The aesthetic scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The septal release combined with external ankle anchoring technique is satisfactory for eye bag shaping,can improve the aesthetic score,and has high safety and promotion value.
