鼻综合整形术中鼻中隔软骨和骨性鼻中隔复合体的应用价值

Application value of nasal septum cartilage and osseous nasal septum complex in rhinoplasty

目的评价鼻综合整形术中鼻中隔软骨和骨性鼻中隔复合体的应用价值。方法选择2017年6月~2018年6月来我院接受治疗的52例鼻综合整形术患者为研究对象。对其开展鼻综合整形术,在开展在手术过程中,运用鼻中隔软骨和骨性鼻中隔复合体修复,分析结果。结果病患切口均达到了I期愈合的标准。除却2例受试者假体偏斜,于手术后3.5周修复重新固定矫正之外。没有患者出现并发症。手术后,对患者开展为期0.5-1.0年的随访,患者均表示对于手术结果满意。结论针对利用鼻中隔软骨以及骨性鼻中隔复合体开展鼻综合整形修复术,能够取得满意效果。此法值得进一步在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of nasal septum cartilage and osseous nasal septum complex in rhinoplasty.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,52 patients undergoing nasal plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.To carry out comprehensive rhinoplasty,the nasal septum cartilage and osseous nasal septum complex were used to repair the nasal septum during the operation.The results were analyzed.Results The incisions of all patients reached the standard of primary healing.Except for 2 cases of prosthesis deviation,the prosthesis was repaired and fixed 3.5 weeks after operation.No complications occurred.After the operation,the patients were followed up for 0.5-1.0 years,and all the patients were satisfied with the results of the operation.Conclusion The comprehensive rhinoplasty with nasal septum cartilage and osseous nasal septum complex can achieve satisfactory results.This method is worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
