胶原蛋白凝胶对面部挫伤创面修复的效果观察及皮肤屏障功能的修复

Observation of effect of collagen gel for repair of facial contusion wound and skin barrier function

目的探讨胶原蛋白凝胶对面部挫伤创面修复的效果观察及皮肤屏障功能的修复效果。方法:选择2018年1月到2019年1月我院收治的82例面部挫伤患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组患者给予表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,观察组给予胶原蛋白凝胶治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗有效率、创面修复情况、不良反应发生情况和皮肤屏障功能修复情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.12%(39/41)要大于对照组的80.48%(33/41),观察组患者的创面修复情况中的疼痛缓解时间和创面痊愈时间都要小于对照组,观察组患者的不良反应发生率为4.87%(2/41)要小于对照组17.07%(7/41),观察组患者的皮肤屏障功能要好于对照组。两组结果差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:胶原蛋白凝胶对面部挫伤创面的修复效果良好,可以有效增加治疗有效率,减少患者的疼痛时间、缩短痊愈时间、降低不良反应的发生,对于皮肤屏障功能的修复效果良好。

Objective To probe into the effect of collagen gel for repair of facial contusion wound and skin barrier function.Methods 82 cases of patients with facial contusion and who treated in our hospital from January,2018 to January,2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group were treated with epidermal growth factor gel,while the observation group were treated with collagen gel.Then,the treatment efficiency,wound repair,adverse reactions and skin barrier function of two groups were observed and compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than in the control group of 80.48%(33/41).The pain relief time and wound healing time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.87%(2/41),which was less than in the control group of 17.07%(7/41).The skin barrier function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the results of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),it had statistical significance.Conclusion The repairing effect of collagen gel for facial contusion wound are good,which can effectively increase the effective rate of treatment,reduce the pain time of patients,shorten the healing time,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,thus it has good effect on the repair of skin barrier function.
