注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液联合超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of an Injectable Sodium Hyaluronic Composite Solutionin combined with superpulsed carbon dioxide laser on acne scars

目的探究注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液(嗨体)联合超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕的临床效果。方法募集2018年1月~2018年6月于我院就诊的面部痤疮后遗凹陷性疤痕患者,从中挑选100例为观察对象,随机分组,对照组给与超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗,试验组先予以超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗,然后用透明质酸钠复合溶液局部填充注射,共治疗3次,每次间隔3月。分别在治疗前和治疗后拍照评估,对比分析两组治疗效果、治疗满意度及不良反应情况。结果对照组与试验组的治疗总有效率分为84%、92%,试验组较对照组满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后者均有轻微水肿、红斑、疼痛等反应,术后数小时缓解,无感染及局部肉芽肿的不良反应。结论注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液联合点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性疤痕疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of an Injectable Sodium Hyaluronic Composite Solutionin combined with super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of acne scars.Methods 100 cases of patients with acne scars who were treated in our hospital between January 2018 and February 2018 were selected and divided into two groups.They randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group received super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser treatment and patients in the experimental group received an Injectable Sodium Hyaluronic Composite Solutionin combined with super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser treatment.The thaerapy was three times at 3-month intervals..Then we analysed and compared the changes of the patients symptom of acne scars.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 92.00%,which was higher than the total effective rate of the control group;the satisfaction of the experimental group was,higher than the control group satisfaction;No systemic and foreign body reactions were found in all patients.Conclusion The therapeutic effect was obvious and the safety was high of an Injectable Sodium Hyaluronic Composite Solutionin combined with super-pulsed carbon dioxide laser on acne scars.
