口服氨甲环酸联合无针水光注射传明酸治疗黄褐斑的临床观察

Clinical observation of oral tranexamic acid combined with needle-free water injection for the treatment of chloasma

目的探讨口服氨甲环酸联合无针水光注射传明酸精华液(氨甲环酸制剂)治疗黄褐斑的临床效果及不良反应。方法2018年3月至2019年3月期间在笔者的整形美容中心收治的黄褐斑患者50名患者纳入研究。联合治疗组(口服氨甲环酸联合无针水光注射传明酸):口服氨甲环酸片250mg,2次/d,早晚涂抹传明酸各一次,每周接受一次无针水光注射治疗,连续治疗3个月。对照组患者只口服氨甲环酸250mg,2次/d及早晚单纯涂抹传明酸各一次。治疗效果由临床医生护士进行综合评估,患者进行满意度评估。结果联合治疗组18例显效,8例有效,无效1例,总有效率96%。对照组:显效11例,有效11,无效3例,有效率88%。联合组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服氨甲环酸联合无针水光注射传明酸治疗黄褐斑疗效好,无不良反应,可以临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and adverse reactions of oral tranexamic acid combined with needlefree water injection of tranexamic acid extract(tranexamic acid preparation)in the treatment of chloasma.Methods Fifty patients with chloasma admitted to the author’s plastic surgery center from March 2018 to March 2019 were included in the study.Combined treatment group(oral tranexamic acid combined with needle-free water injection of tranexamic acid):oral tranexamic acid tablets 250 mg,2 times/d,morning and evening application of tranexamic acid once a week,once a week without needle water injection Treatment,continuous treatment for 3 months.In the control group,only 250 mg of tranexamic acid was administered orally,twice a day/d,and the morning and evening were simply applied with tranexamic acid once.The treatment effect is comprehensively evaluated by the clinician nurse,and the patient is assessed for satisfaction.Results Fourteen patients in the combined treatment group16 were markedly effective,8 were effective,and1 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 96%.In the control group,11 cases were markedly effective,11 were effective,3 were ineffective,and the effective rate was 88%.The total effective rate of the group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral tranexamic acid combined with needle-free water injection of leucovorin for the treatment of chloasma has good curative effect,no adverse reactions,and can be clinically applied.
