超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合中药外敷治疗烧伤后增生性瘢痕的效果观察

Observation on the effect of ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide dot matrix laser combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on hypertrophic scar after burn

目的观察烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者应用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗疗效。方法将我院93例烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组46例及观察组47例,对照组应用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,观察组增加中药外敷联合治疗,观察两组患者治疗过程中瘙痒、疼痛强度、瘢痕变化,并对比临床疗效及不良事件发生率。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗1、3、6月后VAS及NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合中药外敷能够有效减轻增生性瘢痕疼痛、瘙痒症状,降低不良反应发生率,效果显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of hyperpulse carbon dioxide lattice laser in patients with hypertrophic scar after burn.Methods Ninety-three patients with post-burn hypertrophic scar in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(47 cases).The control group was treated with ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide laser.The observation group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were treated with itching,pain intensity,and scar changes during treatment,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse events were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group.The VAS and NRS scores were lower than those of the control group after 1,3,and 6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively alleviate the symptoms of hypertrophic scar pain and itching,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
