生命体征曲线监测在削痂清创术中肾上腺素湿敷创面致心血管反应中的应用

Application of vital sign curve monitoring in cardiovascular response induced by adrenaline wet compress in wound debridement

目的探讨在心功能不全患者接受削痂术中进行生命体征曲线监测对术中肾上腺素湿敷止血导致心血管反应患者中的应用效果。方法设计生命体征曲线监测护理单,并应用于16例心功能不全患者削痂术中肾上腺素湿敷止血患者,根据生命体征监测曲线适时给予患者对症处理。结果16例患者均顺利完成削痂清创术,生命体征平稳,无诱发严重心血管意外事件。其中14例(87.5%)患者术中出现心律不齐,11例(68.75%)患者出现平均动脉压升高,9例(56.25%)及时给予对症处理,7例(43.75%)密切观察无特殊处理,16例患者创面均愈合,效果满意。结论运用生命体征曲线监测护理,可及时发现患者病情变化,及时采取对症处理,避免心血管意外事件发生,保障削痂清创顺利完成,减少创面出血量,促进创面愈合。

Objective To investigate the effect of monitoring vital signs in patients with cardiac insufficiency undergoing resection for the treatment of cardiovascular reactions caused by intraoperative adrenaline wet hemostasis.Methods The vital signs were designed to monitor the nursing list,and were applied to 16 patients with cardiac insufficiency in the treatment of adrenaline wet hemostatic patients.According to the vital signs monitoring curve,the patients were treated symptomatically.Results All the 16 patients successfully completed the debridement and debridement,and the vital signs were stable,and no serious cardiovascular accidents were induced.Among them,14 patients(87.5%)had arrhythmia during operation,11 patients(68.75%)had elevated mean arterial pressure,9 patients(56.25%)received symptomatic treatment in time,and 7 patients(43.75%)had close observation without special Treatment,16 patients with wound healing,satisfactory results.Conclusion Using vital signs monitoring and nursing,patients can be found in time to change the condition,timely symptomatic treatment,avoid cardiovascular accidents,ensure the smooth completion of debridement,reduce the amount of wound bleeding,and promote wound healing.
