摘要
在用户使用Q235B棒材过程中,出现了不同的加工质量问题。采用金相显微镜对金相组织和夹杂物进行分析,并检测了试样的化学成分。结果表明,产生加工质量问题的原因主要是目前生产的钢中B类夹杂物超标、P元素含量波动范围大并超出要求上限、连铸过程中脱方等现象。对此提出了相应的控制措施,为提高产品质量提供了指导。
In the process of using Q235B bar, different processing quality problems appeared. The metallographic structure and inclusions were detected and analyzed by metallographic microscope, and the chemical composition of the sample was determined. The results show that the main reasons for the quality problems are as follows: Class B inclusions in the steel exceed the standard;the content of P element fluctuates widely and exceeds the upper limit;off-square during continuous casting. The corresponding control measures are put forward to improve the quality of products.
