摘要
炼钢过程中的铁水、钢水的运输都是由天车吊运完成的。我厂原有的计量方法是在天车上安装电子秤并配有大屏幕显示器,在吊运过程中由地面专人读数并记录。这样不仅浪费了人力资源,同时人工读数很容易出现误差,而且数据不能自动及时的进入计算机系统。本文介绍的天车物流跟踪系统采用了可靠的无缝定位跟踪技术,可以对炼钢生产所有炉次的主要物料流和数据流进行无人干预的实时自动跟踪。
The transportation of molten iron and molten steel in steelmaking process is completed by crane hoisting. The original measurement method of our factory is to install electronic scale on crane and equipped with large screen display, which is read and recorded by special person on the ground during hoisting. This not only wastes human resources, but also makes manual readings prone to errors, and the data can not enter the computer system automatically and in time. The crane logistics tracking system introduced in this paper adopts reliable seamless positioning and tracking technology, which can track the main material flow and data flow in steelmaking production without interference.
