摘要
为了适应国家对环境保护要求的不断提高,将炼铁厂1号高炉出铁场传统的除尘卸输灰系统进行改造为PLC控制的、WinCC作为上位机监控软件的气力输送系统,解决了传统除尘卸输灰系统的缺。全封闭输灰系统解决了二次污染,动化作业大大减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,机械设备的减少使得维修量和备件量减少,系统的画面反映了现场设备运行情况,大大减少了现场巡视工作量,报警功能缩短了发现故障的时间。经过十个月的投产运行表明,系统运行非常稳定,真正实现了高效率、环境友好、节约能源及安全的使用要求。
In order to meet the continuous improvement of national requirements for environmental protection, the traditional dust removal and ash removal and transportation system of No. 1 blast furnace in ironmaking plant is transformed into PLC controlled. WinCC is used as the pneumatic conveying system of upper computer monitoring software, which solves the lack of traditional dust removal and ash removal and transportation system. The fully closed ash transportation system solves the secondary pollution, the dynamic operation greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operators, and the reduction of mechanical equipment reduces the amount of maintenance and spare parts. The picture of the system reflects the operation of the field equipment, greatly reduces the workload of on-site inspection, and shortens the time of fault detection by alarm function. After ten months of operation, the operation of the system is very stable, and the requirements of high efficiency, environmental friendliness, energy saving and safety are realized.
