摘要
结合低松弛钢绞线生产的实际情况,介绍了电气控制中多电机协调、加减速张力补偿、PLC程序编写、故障逻辑设计、模糊控制器等内容,可以为提高生产效率提供帮助。
Combined with the actual situation of low relaxation steel strand production, this paper introduces the multi-motor coordination, acceleration and deceleration tension compensation, PLC programming, fault logic design, fuzzy controller and so on in electrical control, which can provide help for improving production efficiency.
