摘要
为满国家2020年将要执行的超低排放标准要求,天津天钢联合特钢有限公司实施了烧结机机头、机尾电除尘系统提升改造工程。主要论述了原有六台电除尘器的存在问题、改造内容以及实施效果,改造后颗粒物排放浓度达到国家超低排放的要求。
In order to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission standard to be implemented in 2020, Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Co., Ltd. has carried out the upgrading and transformation project of sintering machine head and tail electric dust removal system. This paper mainly discusses the existing problems, transformation contents and implementation effects of the original six electrostatic precipitators. After the transformation, the particulate emission concentration meets the requirements of the national ultra-low emission.
