This paper analyzes the hidden dangers and problems existing in the present situation of the safety management of the engineering project, and points out that it is necessary to perfect the construction system constantly, popularize the advanced science and technology of the safety production of the construction project, and improve the scientific management of the safety production of the enterprise, so as to reduce the probability of accident and the degree of loss.
