校企深度合作协同育人创新机制探索与实践——以“吉首大学南方测绘集团土木类校企合作人才培养示范基地”为例

Exploration and Practice of Innovative Mechanism of Cooperative Education between Schools and Enterprises——Taking “Demonstration Base for Civil Talents Training of SOUTH Group and Jishou University” as an Example

在“吉首大学南方测绘集团土木类校企合作人才培养示范基地”的建设中,针对人才培养与行(企)业结合不紧、学生创新实践能力不够、合作运行监管不利等问题,通过联合制定人才培养方案、开设企业特色课程、构建“教师+师傅”教学团队、“实战式”参加科研和地方服务项目、实施学校、基地、社会、教师和学生相结合的教学质量监控与评价等方式,构建了“五位一体”的人才培养新体系。

In the construction of“Demonstration Base for Civil Talents Training of SOUTH Group and Jishou University”,aiming at the problems such as the lack of close integration between personnel training and enterprises,the inadequate ability of students'innovation and practice,and the inadequate supervision of cooperation,this paper proposes a joint talent training scheme,offers enterprise characteristic courses,and constructs the team of“teacher&Master worker”,Students participate in the scientific research projects and local service projects,and implement the monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality combined with schools,enterprises,society,teachers and students.A new“five-inone”personnel training's system is constructed.
