随着互联网信息技术的不断发展,智慧物流成为新一代的产业,这就对物流管理本科专业的人才培养提出了更多的要求。高校近年来出现了新的理念,需要借助智慧物流和复合型人才的发展,重新构建合理的课程体系。目前物流管理本科专业人才培养的课程体系与智慧物流的发展不适应,高校需重构与之相适应的人才培养课程体系。文章针对智慧物流的特点进行分析,并就目前智慧物流对人才的需求类型和物流管理课程体系的重新构建进行分析,希望能够对本科物流管理专业课程体系建设提供有利的参考价值。
