法学教育在重视基础理论与制度的同时,还需要积极培养学生运用法律分析问题、解决问题的能力。但现有各类实训课程所呈现出来的效果并不明显。为使学生能够在课堂内通过课程教学真正地分析问题、解决问题,提升学生的实务操作能力而又不流于形式,需要打造以法律文书为主线的课堂内实训课程。

While attaching importance to basic theories and systems,law education also needs to actively cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve problems by law.But the effect of all kinds of training courses is not clear.In order to enable students to truly analyze and solve problems through course teaching in the classroom,and to improve students'practical operation ability without becoming a mere formality,it is necessary to create in-class practical training courses with legal documents as the main line.
