An Analysis of Non-equivalent Words of Lexical Gaps in Russian

语言是文化的载体,词汇是构筑语言的基础,不同的民族文化孕育出与其他民族迥异的文化词汇,词汇空缺现象由此产生。语言之间的词汇空缺是一种自然现象,也是跨文化翻译中的盲点。本文对俄语词汇空缺中的无等值词类进行分类研究并探讨其翻译对策。

Language is the carrier of culture,vocabulary is the foundation of language construction.Different cultural vocabulary was incubated by distinctive nations,which led to the issue of lexical gaps.Lexical gaps are either a sort of natural phenomenon,or blind spots in translation from the aspect of intercultural exchanges.Classification research and translation strategies of non-equivalent words of lexical gaps in Russian will be discussed.
