甲单元是指(趾)端重要的美学与功能结构,其中任何一处解剖部位的缺损与病变都会造成甲单元的畸形。外科修复是治疗甲单元畸形的主要方法。根据病因学与解剖学分类的不同,可选择相应的外科术式进行修复。本文就甲单元畸形的分类及相关的甲外科修复技术作一综述。

Nail unit is an important structure for both aesthetic and functional capability of the finger and toe, where any anatomic defect or lesion would lead to the nail deformity. Surgical repair is the main method for the treatment of such deformity. According to the classification of its etiology and anatomy, we can choose appropriate operating method to repair. This paper systematically summarizes the classification of the nail deformity and the corresponding nail repair technique.
