当归的“和”性之考究与探析

通过阐释"和"字内涵,从性味及功效剖析当归的"和"性及历代医家对当归"和血"的应用。当归的"和"性主要体现在它的性味上,味甘性温,无偏性;又体现在它的功效上,可寒可热、可阴可阳,可补可散、可疏可敛,可升可降、可上可下,可内可外、可出可入。当归的局部功效是"小和",而全当归功效具有"大和"之性;当归可随和配伍药物的寒热之性,配凉药则凉,配热药则热;当归入补气药中则补气,入补血药中则补血,既可补阴,又可补阳;当归入补血药中则补血,入活血药中则活血;当归气厚而温能升,味厚而辛能降,轻用则升,重用则降;当归液浓而甘内润脏腑,味辛而散外达肌表,既可治内又可治外,既可出又可入,关键在于配伍应用。当归和血的"和"并非只是调和,又有"随和"之意,其不温不火,没有偏颇,故能使血随和、温和、调和。

This paper tried to explain the "harmonious" characteristic of angelica through the interpretation of the connotation of Chinese character "harmonious", and analysis of the tropism of taste and functions of angelica along with its traditional use as "blood meditation" herb in Chinese medicine."Harmonious" efficiency of angelica is mainly presented with its tropism of taste which is "sweet and temperate" and "unbiased". The efficacy of angelica can either be cold or warm, Yin or Yang, replenishable or scattered,raised or descended, up or down, inside or outside, in or out. The efficacy of part of angelica is "little harmonious", while the efficacy of whole angelica herb is "great harmonious". Angelica can be used in the cold and hot nature of compatible drugs. When angelica combine with cold medicine, it present cold efficacy;when with hot medicine, it present hot efficacy;when with "Qi" replenishable medicine, it present "Qi" replenishable efficacy;when with blood replenishable medicine, it present blood replenishable efficacy form both "Yin" and "Yang" side;when with blood invigorate medicine, it invigorate blood. Angelica also present raised or descended efficacy relied on its tropism of taste. When use light amount, it present raised efficacy;when use strong amount, it present descended efficacy. Angelica liquid is thick and sweet which can moisture organs inside the body, while pungent and scattered to reach body surface. It can be applicated in both internal and external treatment, both inside and outside, all relies on its compatibility application.The blood "harmonious" efficiency of angelica is not just reconciliation, but also amiable. It is unbiased without warm and tempered,so it can make the blood amiable, gentle and harmonious.
