中医健康管理原则的探讨

Discussion on the Principle of Health Management in Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医健康管理是在中医学整体观念和辨证论治的指导下,以维护人体身心健康为核心的具有中医药特色的健康管理服务。笔者从"夯整基础,整体动态三观并重""状态为轴,把握全程防治结合""以人为本,依托智能服务跟进"等三个方面进一步探讨了中医健康管理的原则,以期为实现中医健康管理的目标提供规范的原则参考。
