In the late seventeenth century and eighteenth century, China exported a large variety of porcelain to Europe. The paper categorizes those custom-made export famille rose porcelain into three groups. Firstly, vessels for serving food;secondly, vessels for displaying taste;thirdly, vessek for decoration. Following the latest fashion in Europe, the custom-made porcelain stimulated the expansion of European market and reflected the latest style of consumer goods in the European society. Its diversity also testifies the profound influence of Chinese porcelain trade and the brilliant techniques and extraordinary flexibility of Chinese potters.
