Objective To investigate the clinical features of acute urticaria, and further clarify the correlation between rash and accompanying symptoms. Methods The clinical data of 423 patients with acute urticaria were collected. The aged≤14 years old group (130 cases) and>14 years old group (293 cases),simple type (300 cases) and mixed type (123 cases) of acute urticaria were compared and analyzed.〖WTHZ〗ResultsThe incidence of simple and mixed acute urticaria in different months was statistically significant (P<0.05).The sex composition of patients had statistical significance(P<0.05),and there was significant statistical significance in the control time for chest tightness and laryngeal obstruction (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in abdominal pain and rash control time (P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the simple type and mixed type in the control time for rash (P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the control time for abdominal pain and rash in mixed acute urticaria (P<0.05).Conclusion There are more men in the ≤14-year-old group, and more women in the>14-year-old group. The ≤14-year-old group is mainly accompanied by abdominal pain/diarrhea,and the >14-year-old group and ≤14-year-old group have difference in the control time for chest tightness and larynx obstruction, and the rash and abdominal pain in the mixed group are positively correlated in the control time.
