摘要
航天电磁继电器除了要具备较高的工作可靠性之外,其贮存可靠性及其失效分析也是影响国防武器装备定寿、延寿的重要科学问题。从工艺因素,环境影响因素等方面分析了继电器在长期贮存条件下的失效模式和失效机理。由于继电器加速贮存试验数据具有小子样零失效的特点,概述了对小子样情况下继电器的贮存可靠性分析方法。最后从工艺、环境等方面提出了其可靠性改进措施,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。
In addition to high working reliability, the storage reliability and failure analysis of aerospace electromagnetic relays are also important scientific issues affecting the life expectancy and extension of defense equipment. This paper analyzes the failure mode and failure mechanism of relay under long-term storage condition from the aspects of process factors and environmental factors. Because the relay acceleration storage test data has the characteristics of small sample zero failure, this paper also reviews the storage reliability analysis method of relay in the case of small sample. Finally, the reliability improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of technology and environment, and the future research directions are prospected.
