摘要
为了解决渤海海域深层太古界花岗岩潜山地层机械钻速低的问题,渤海油田引入PDC钻头配合扭力冲击器钻井提速新工艺。但因钻头特性与地层匹配性较差,机械钻速未得到大幅度提升,出井钻头磨损比较严重。通过对PDC钻头切削齿的改进,提出使用忍者齿PDC钻头配合扭力冲击器,大大增强了钻头整体的抗冲击性能。现场实践证明,机械钻速提高65%~72%,进尺提高6~7倍,出井钻头磨损正常,提速效果明显。这一技术解决了渤海海域深层太古界花岗岩潜山地层机械钻速低的问题,在渤海油田后续深部地层的勘探开发作业中值得推广使用。
In order to solve the problem of low mechanical drilling speed in deep Archaean granite buried hill formation in Bohai Sea, a new drilling technology of PDC bit combined with torsional impactor was introduced to improve drilling speed in Bohai Oilfield. However, due to the poor matching between bit performance and formation, the drilling speed was not greatly increased and the bit wear is serious. By improving the cutting teeth of PDC bit, it is proposed to use Ninja teeth PDC bit and torsion impactor, which greatly enhances the overall impact resistance of the bit. Field practice shows that the mechanical drilling speed is increased by 65%~72%, the daily drilling depth is increased by 6~7 times, the bit wear is normal, and the effect of speed increase is obvious. This technology solves the problem of low mechanical drilling speed in deep Archaean granite buried hill formation in Bohai Sea, and is worth popularizing in the exploration and development of deep strata in Bohai Oilfield.
