摘要
加油站储存销售的汽油、柴油是具有中存在易燃、易爆、易挥发等特性的危险化学品,且加油站为人流、车流和资金流汇聚的开放性营业场所,具有高危、开放特性、风险种类多、危险等级高的特点,系统分析了加油站存在的重点风险种类及其分布规律,根据不同种类的风险提出了相应的防控对策,旨在通过全面遏制加油站重点风险,以避免事故发生,促进安全生产。
Gas and diesel oil stored and sold in gas stations are dangerous chemicals with flammable, explosive and volatile characteristics. Gas stations are open business places where people flow, traffic flow and capital flow converge, and there are many kinds of risks and high risk levels. The types and distribution of key risks in gas stations are systematically analyzed, and corresponding prevention and control countermeasures are put forward according to different kinds of risks in order to avoid accidents and promote safe production.
