摘要 通过模拟国内某油田KXS8-2井油管失效工况条件,采用NACE TM 0177-2016标准C环法研究油管表面氧化膜对S13Cr110材质应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)性能的影响,并分析了该井油管失效的原因及机理。研究结果表明:外壁存在氧化膜的S13Cr110试样应力腐蚀敏感性较光滑试样更高。为改善S13Cr110油管在含氧完井液中的抗SCC性能,建议采用抗SCC的完井液并严格除氧,或提高油管表面质量。 Through simulating the tubing failure condition of KXS8-2 well in a domestic oilfield, the influence of surface quality(oxide film)of tubing on stress corrosion cracking(SCC) performance of S13 Cr110 material was studied by using C ring method of standard NACE TM 0177-2016, and the cause and mechanism of tubing failure were analyzed. It is shown that the stress corrosion sensitivity of S13 Cr110 specimens with oxide film on the outer wall is higher than that of smooth specimens. In order to improve the anti-SCC performance of S13 Cr110 tubing in oxygen-containing completion fluid, it is suggested to use anti-SCC completion fluid and strictly remove oxygen, or to improve the surface quality of tubing.
