摘要
通过对体育产业人才界定的回顾和对中美两国体育产业人才分类的探索,指出我国依据岗位和技能对体育产业人才的分类过细,易于培养但不利于人才今后发展;美国对体育产业人才归为两大类,依据体育学与相关学科的交叉程度来进行培养。
By reviewing the definition of sports industry talents and exploring the classification of sports industry talents in China and the United States, it is pointed out that the classification of sports industry talents in China is too detailed according to positions and skills, which is easy to cultivate but not conducive to the development of talents in the future. American sports industry talents are classified into two categories, which are cultivated according to the degree of intersection between sports science and related disciplines.
