摘要
在对石化装置进行风险评估过程中,经常需要绘制石化装置的风险图。现有的二维风险图无法标识管道的风险,也无法标识压力容器各个部位和接管的风险。由三维CAD软件绘制压力容器与管道的三维风险图,不仅可以直观显示压力容器各个部位的风险,还可以显示各个接管、管道组成件的风险,同时便于设备管理人员更快捷地查找设备和管道风险,提升设备管理水平。
In the risk assessment process of a petrochemical plant, it was often necessary to draw a risk map. Existing 2 D map cannot identify the risks of pipeline or various parts and joints of pressure vessel. When 3D map was drawn using CAD software, not only could it identify the risks of various parts of pressure vessel, but also connection and components of pipeline. As a result, equipment management level was improved.
