元坝气田地面集输系统缓蚀剂应用及效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 元坝气田属于高含硫气田,地面集输系统采用改良的全湿气加热保温混输工艺,管道采用耐硫腐蚀碳钢与缓蚀剂配套的保护方案。在管道投用前期为加强防腐蚀,缓蚀剂加注量往往偏高,随着系统中水气比的升高,加注过量的药剂直接导致生产成本与后期残液处理成本增加。该文阐述了元坝气田地面集输系统现场缓蚀剂使用情况,通过对比分析现场缓蚀剂使用效果及实验室数据,得到目前元坝气田地面集输系统用缓蚀剂缓蚀效果良好的结论,同时进一步提出了可优化调整缓蚀剂的方案,在保障气田安全生产的同时达到降本增效的目的。 For that Yuanba gas field was a high sulfur gas field, the improved mixed transportation process in full moisture with heating and thermal insulating method was adopted in ground gathering and transportation system, meanwhile, carbon steel with high resistance to sulfur and corrosion inhibitor were used to protect pipelines. In order to strengthen corrosion prevention, inhibitor injection amount was high at the early stage of operation. With the increase of water-gas ratio in the system, excessive injection of inhibitor directly led to the increase of production cost and subsequent residual treatment cost. Application of inhibitors in ground gathering and transportation system of Yuanba gas field was described in the paper. By comparing and analyzing the on-site data with the laboratory data, it was concluded that the effect of corrosion inhibitor was good. At the same time, optimization and adjustment plan were put forward to ensure the safety production as well as achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
